- Workshop booking: your name, email address, and phone number (optional). Payment is handled by Stripe, as described below.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and bookings.
- To confirm and manage workshop registrations and payments.

Payments
Workshop payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never stored on our Site or seen by us. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Email delivery and Google services
Notifications from our forms are sent to our business inbox using a Gmail account connected to the Site through the Gmail API. This connection is used only to send emails from our own account. We do not use it to read, collect, or store anyone’s Gmail messages or data.
Kayecanvas’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers needed to run the Site: our web hosting provider, Google (email delivery), and Stripe (payments). They may process your information only to provide those services.
How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you, manage your booking, and meet record-keeping obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you ask to be removed.
